The studio mantra “about listening quiet” serves as the root and conduit for creative mediumship. It is a workspace for parsing and gathering. Through diverse media, my work explores subtle and emergent properties and the relationships between the material and immaterial. It blends personal introspection and growth, filtered through the lens of science and the intangible.
The work is fluid, whether a 2-dimensional still image, mixed media, painting, or a time-based experience that disrupts conventions of height, width, and length and lives within an installation or site-specific context.
